Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ballz Deep Sports. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth process.


1. Return Period:Returns will be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. All returns are for a Ballz Deep Sports E-Gift Card credit only (store credit never expires).
2. Eligibility:To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as you received it, and in the original packaging with tags still assembled.
3. Return Shipping:Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.
4. How do I get my store credit:A gift card is emailed to you once your return has been received and processed. On occasion emailed gift cards are sent to Spam folders, so please check there before reaching out to Customer Service. All gift cards are nonrefundable and do not expire.
5. Exclusions:The following items are not eligible for return:
ALL Final Sale items which include but are not limited to; headwear. No exceptions or exchanges.
ALL Clearance or items marked “Final Sale” items.
6. Restocking Fee:A restocking fee of $7.95 may be applied to returns that are not due to an error on our part or a defective
item.
7. Damaged or Defective Items:If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. We will provide instructions for returning the item or may arrange for a replacement.
8. Refund Status Inquiries:If you have not received your refund (store gift card) within the specified time frame, please contact us at sales@ballzdeep.com for assistance.
9. Changes to This Policy:We reserve the right to modify this return policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
